Refund Policy

We aim to balance customer satisfaction with fair business practices.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

  • The product significantly differs from its description

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Perishable or seasonal food products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Customized or special-order items

3. Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

If the refund is due to our error, PandaMarket will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
